Luncheon Meat Musubi

Composed of only six ingredients, not only is this Hawaiian classic super simple to make, it's extremely tasty as well! The luncheon meat is coated in a savory and sweet sauce to balance out the meat's natural saltiness, and is fried for that perfect crunch! It lays on a warm bed of rice and is wrapped in nori which not only acts as a vessel to hold your creation- but adds another touch of umami!
