Okonomiyaki-Style Brussels Sprouts

The classic roasted brussels sprouts just got a flavor upgrade thanks to the combination of sweet and savory okonomi sauce, bonito flakes, sesame seeds, and Japanese chili powder. We highly recommend the drizzle of Japanese mayo. Unlike American mayo, Japanese mayo (Kewpie) is made with egg yolk and rice vinegar, adding a unique tang to this flavorful side dish. We love it with brussels sprouts, but you can use this method on any of your favorite roasted vegetables!
