Pad Kra Pao with Pork (Thai Basil Stir-Fry)

Pad kra pao (sometimes also spelled pad krapow) is Thai for "fried holy (Thai) basil," so it is no surprise that fragrant and flavorful Thai basil is the star ingredient here. We used extra-juicy ground pork in this recipe, but it is just as delicious with beef, chicken, and tofu! Serve over jasmine rice and you've got a plate of pure perfection in 15 easy minutes.
