My only complaint is that the consistency was a little mushy.

The savory radish cake (sometimes called turnip cake) is a dim sum dish consisting of rectangular cakes made of shredded radish and sausage pieces bound together with rice flour and starch, then pan-fried or steamed until cooked through. These handmade radish cakes do not skimp on the fillings! They are packed with fresh, shredded radish and sausage pieces, all made by hand by 46 Mott Bakery.
The radish cakes come vacuum sealed and are best stored in the freezer to preserve its freshness. To prepare, just defrost, slice into your desired thickness, and pan-fry on both sides until crispy and heated through. Serve with oyster sauce.
