This Boneless Ribeye Steak comes vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. Vacuum sealed packaging removes most of the oxygen from the bag, which can temporarily turn the meat a dark red color. Not to worry! The meat will return to its original color in 15-20 after it is taken out of the vacuum-sealed bag and exposed again to oxygen.
