Large Carrots (2 lb)

Bigger carrots are already a lot less flavorful that its smaller counterpart & the cracks on the carrots showed dried out portions on the body of each carrot which limits its flavor & freshness

All other vegetables smashed, lucky carrots are hard, so they were usable.

Seriously, I've never had such delicious carrots! They are really big and are perfect for stir-fry and pickling! I even shave strips with daikon and make quick pickled salad or noodles with them :) Favorite carrots...seriously.

The carrots in my local supermarket have been very bitter this year. These however were nicely sweet. You’ll need a good knife though. These are large thick carrots!
