How to prepare:
- Dim Sum Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf (Lo Mai Gai, 3 count): From frozen, steam for ~30 minutes until cooked.
- 46 Mott Bakery Frozen Radish Cake: Thaw in fridge over night. slice into ~1 inch pieces. pat dry with paper towels. Fry in oil (you'll want a good amount of this) on both sides until you get a crust - this is the most delicious part!
- Dim Sum Pork And Shrimp Shumai (20 pieces): Steam for ~15 mins from frozen, until cooked through
- 46 Mott Bakery Dried Shrimp Cheung Fun: Thaw in the fridge over night. steam for ~10 minutes. serve with sweet soy sauce (whisk sugar into soy sauce)
- Kimbo Hong Kong Style Egg Tarts: Bake at 425F for 15 minutes
- Chasiu BBQ Pork Steamed Bun (10 pieces): Steam for ~10-15 mins from frozen, until cooked through
