Dried Lily Buds

Lily bulbs are used in Moo Shu Pork and Hot & Sour soup, giving these dishes an earthy taste. To use, rinse off the buds, then put in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for 30 minutes to soften, drain, and then use in your dish!
