Pretty close to fresh made!
This is the first time I’ve ordered this product. It was frozen. I LOVE all I things pandan, it takes me back to my time in Malaysia. I was a bit confused on how to eat this as it’s hard, dry and crumbly out of the package.
Since there’s no instructions- IT HAS TO BE COOKED… I heated it on low in a cast iron skillet and once it started softening I added a bit of water to steam it and covered the top. Took about 3 minutes.
Omg! It’s sooooo delicious, im ordering more.
