About this product
Unlike the common tofu used for cooking, goma shiro (white sesame) tofu is made from sesame paste instead of soy beans. While it has the custard-like texture of tofu, sesame tofu is creamier, with a rich and savory flavor from the white sesame paste. White Sesame tofu is commonly served in side dishes with a dab of seasoning or dressing or as a dessert with a drizzle of sweet syrup or honey. Try it both ways!
