House Medium Firm Tofu

Tofu is a protein-rich food made of condensed soy milk that is pressed into solid white blocks in a process quite similar to cheesemaking. Tofu comes in a variety of different textures depending on the coagulant used and the amount that it is pressed.

Medium firm tofu is best used in preparations where a little bit of firmness is desired such as for main courses, salads, and for use as a base in desserts.
