House Soft Tofu
Tofu is a protein-rich food made of condensed soy milk that is pressed into solid white blocks in a process quite similar to cheesemaking. Tofu comes in a variety of different textures depending on the coagulant used and the amount that it is pressed.
Soft tofu is best eaten raw but also pairs wonderfully with soups, cooked dishes, and stews. Add this tofu towards the end of the cooking process or use gentle cooking methods such as steaming to keep it from breaking apart.
