About this product

Salmon roe or Ikura is prepared by curing the whole salmon egg sac before removing and rinsing in a light brine. Ikura bursts with seafood flavor that contains the essence of salmon and ends with a sweet finish. In addition to nigiri and handrolls, try adding some ikura on top of rice or noodles!

This Ikura is specifically from Alaskan sockeye salmon and sourced by our partner Chef Yuji Haraguchi of Osakana.

We recommend consuming it within 3 days for the best taste, or storing it in your freezer for up to 1 month.
