Also known as sweet bean sauce, Koon Chun Hoisin Sauce differs from others by using quality Canadian soya beans. Koon Chun's Hoisin sauce also does not contain any added food coloring, thus reattaining a natural fermented earthy color. It has a unique smoky and sweet flavor that is best served as dip for Peking Duck, Barbecue Pork (Char Siu), Crispy Aromatic Duck Wraps, Mook Shu Wraps, and Crispy Lettuce Wraps. It is an excellent sauce for grill and marinade seafood.
