Fermented Sweet RiceĀ (Jiu Niang), is also called Sweet Rice Wine (Mi Jiu). It is made with sweet, glutinous rice that has been fermented with yeast, to createĀ a natural sweet taste. In China, sweet rice wine is consumed for its benefitsĀ likeĀ improving blood flow, digestion, and inflammation. To prepare, mix this concentrate with water, add optional mix-in's like tang yuan or dried jujube, and heat to drink warm.

Note: sweet fermented rice wine contains very low in alcohol levels that is safe for all ages.
