This vegan curry paste omits the shrimp paste commonly used in curry paste but still maintains the deep and complex flavors of Malaysian curry.
Mama Lam's was was born and raised in Ulu Yam, a town outside of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and started curry pastes and hot sauces after moving to NYC and missing Malaysian cuisine. Mama Lam's is a Queens, NYC based company with a line of Malaysian curry pastes and hot sauces all from Mama Lam's family recipe. All products are cooked and jarred in NYC.
