In 1981, Mama Liang made her mark on Taiwanese cuisine when she opened her first restaurant in the heart of San Gabriel Valley, California, bringing these unique flavors to life in the United States. In 2018, Mama Liang launched its line of ready to eat Taiwanese meals as an extension of the family restaurant from a Kickstarter campaign. Today, Mama Liang's hope to bring high-quality Taiwanese food to the mass markets.
