Haitian mangoes are more elongated and flat compared to other mangoes. They have an intense, yet sweet, tropical flavor that tastes like summer. Haitian mangoes turn into a yellow-gold color with deep orange flesh, and get little black freckles when they are ripe. They taste incredible when sliced and eaten on their own, but they can also be used in salsa, salads, smoothies, or desserts.
Champagne mangoes are small, golden mangoes with bright yellow flesh to match. Sometimes also called ataulfo mangoes or honey mangoes, these mangoes are extra sweet with very little fibrous texture.
The Organic Tommy Mango is an organic variety from Peru. These mangoes have dense and meaty flesh. The meat has the sweetness of a peach, the color of an apricot and just enough fiber to give it some chewiness. Its firm texture makes it a good choice to incorporate it into savory dishes.
