Marutomo Tenkasu (Wheat Batter Puffs)

Tenkasu are deep-fried flour batter crumbs that are commonly used in Japanese cuisine. Some call this condiment Agedama, which literally translates to “fried ball,” or tempura flakes. Marutomo Tenkasu has tempura crumbs that are airier and have a lighter taste than other brands.
