About this product
Kurozu natto is made from yellow soybeans and then seasoned with black vinegar for contrast and a more complex flavor. Natto is a traditional Japanese dish often eaten as a breakfast food over rice. It is made from fermented soybeans and is easily recognized by its slimy texture and strong smell.
