EPIC!!
I am a dumplingaholic. All kinds. I made the traditional dipping sauce for xiao long bao with the aged black vinegar I had. Overpowering. I searched umamicart and found this gem. Much gentler, more refined and earthy, pleasant. I mixed it with my homemade chili crisp and my family swooned. I thought I made enough soup dumplings for dinner and a batch in the freezer. Um, nope. I had to go in and steam another round because they needed more of the dipping sauce.
