Napa Cabbage

Very crunchy and fresh

I cannot wait to steam this type of cabbage. I am preparing with salted cod

Ordered two, one was great, the other could be fresher.

The Napa cabbage was very fresh. You can’t find fresh cabbage like this at the local supermarket this time of year. Minor issue was that I would have rather gotten two big cabbages than a few smaller ones. But that was a very minor disappointment and I’ll still keep buying my cabbage from Umami Cart.
