Nigiri Sushi Rice Mold

I'm still working on properly making nigiri and sometimes I need a little help. This is a clever product that allows you to mold the rice and then and then serve it on the same press.

It seemed a little expensive but it is very sturdy and much more substantial than I thought it would be.
