Nisshin Okonomiyaki Flour

With this flour you can easily make authentic and soft Japanese okonomiyaki, a Japanese savory pancake that mainly consists of batter and cabbage. Nisshin Okonomiyaki Flour already contains dashi (Japanese basic broth made from bonito and konbu) mixed with the flour. You will just need to add the other ingredients to make okonomiyaki (see directions of use)!
