Green Meat Radish has a firm, thick, semi-smooth, and textured surface, with a distinct dark green coloring and an ivory tip. The flesh beneath the bi-colored surface has brilliant, striated green hues with a darker green ring around the edge. The flesh has a snap-like consistency and is crisp, fine-grained, dense, and succulent. Green Meat radishes have a sweet and subtly spicy flavor in general.
