This type of white radish, also known as Korean Moo, is a root vegetable with skin texture similar to that of a carrot. Korean Moo is a staple in Asian cuisine. Compared to daikon, this radish is rounder and smaller. It can be eaten raw for a crunch snack, cooked in soups and stir-fries, or fermented to make radish kimchi.

This is an organic mini variety from upstate New York. About 4-5 inches in length.
