White radish, also known as daikon radish, is a root vegetable with a skin texture similar to that of a carrot. Daikon radish is a staple in Asian cuisine. It is can be eaten raw for a crunchy snack, cooked with noodles or stir fries, or fermented to make radish kimchi. These organic daikon radishes are generously bunched and still have their green tops attached. Which can be eaten as a salad, lightly pickled, sautéed with garlic and oil, or made into a peppery pesto!
