Organic Mini King Oyster Mushroom (Korea, 300g)

Excellent fresh quality like I would pick myself if shopping. These mushrooms are great in many dishes and I particularly like them as a vegetarian/vegan substitute for scallops and octopus. Look up recipes online on how to use them beyond just stir fry and soups.

Nice mushrooms, but what I find special is that they keep really well, allowing us to eat the more fragile mushrooms first and save these for last. At least this was my experience with my first order because I forgot these in the back of the produce drawer until all of the other mushrooms had long been finished. They were still perfectly fresh weeks after purchase. So I ordered them a second time and plan to eat them last again. I randomly picked a rating for Value (I had to pick a rating), since I don't even remember what they cost.

Cut into segments, I use them in my vegan "linguine with 'bay scallops'" dish. Delicious, and perfect texture!
