Organic Shishito Peppers have a fresh peppery grassy citrus flavor similar to a green pepper but with more sweetness. We recommend blistering over high heat or broiling in the oven, then top with yuzu salt or yuzu shichimi! While most of them are not spicy, you may get the occasional spicy shishito pepper for a fun surprise.
