About this product
Made with 100% wet rice grown in Japan, these mochis are pre-cut and are perfect for making yakimochi (broiled mochi). Traditionally, it is prepared using a small charcoal grill, but you can use the oven to prepare it at home. To make, just bake mochi at 350 F for about 5 minutes or until it puffs up and is beautifully brown. They can be eaten on its own, and we especially love it dusted with granulated sugar.
