Seoul Soondae Korean Sausage
About this product
Soondae is a pork sausage with sweet rice and sweet potato vermicelli noodles mixed inside. It's a popular snack food sold by restaurants and street vendors alike in Korea. Soondae, unlike meaty American or European sausages, has a light spicy flavor and is steamed to a moist, soft roll before being cut into oval slices. It has a great texture and will melt in your mouth. Feel free to pepper this dish with salt, ground pepper, and gochugaru (red chili pepper flakes). Soondae is typically served with radish kimchi as well as tteokbokki (spicy rice cake).
