About this product

Green Shiso Leaf, often known as Ohba, Japanese mint, are the leaves of a plant in the perilla family. Shiso has a wonderfully aromatic aroma that is pleasant, flowery, herbaceous, and lemony. As a herb, seasoning, and vegetable, shiso is a must-have in Japanese cuisine. Use shiso in poke bowls, sushi, and sauces by slicing it into thin threads.

Suzuki Farm is the East Coast's only Japanese vegetable producer. They carefully select popular Japanese seed varieties, utilize Japanese farm equipment, and only use natural farming methods to bring the freshest Japanese vegetables to your table!

About the brand

Suzuki Farm, founded in 1983 in Delmar, Delaware, is the only Japanese vegetable producer on the East Coast. Suzuki Farm harvests, packages, and ships all of its vegetables on the same day to ensure that the freshest vegetables are delivered in the shortest amount of time. No pesticides were used during the growing process; instead, plant-based products such as plant extracts from Chinese chives, Japanese parsley, and other herbs were used for pest control. Suzuki Farm's Japanese vegetables truly reflect nature's beauty and bring the changing seasons to your table!
