About this product
Glutinous rice ball (tang yuan) is a traditional Chinese dessert made of bite-sized chewy balls made from glutinous rice flour, often served in hot water or sweet rice wine. Here, the rice balls are made with wild, black rice, resulting in a beautiful purple color. To prepare, just cook in boiling water for a few minutes until soft. This version is filled with sweet black sesame paste.
