About this product
Nam is a fermented pork sausage and a key ingredient of Nam Khao, a beloved Lao dish featuring deep fried rice balls that are then crumbled and tossed with finely diced nam, grated coconut, herbs, and lime. You can use nam any way you love to use sausage, whether that is in stir fry, noodles, or crumbled over rice. Each sausage comes with a small pickled pepper to eat together!
