I've had crispy salmon skin before so I was excited to try this flavored variety. The taste is okay but I couldn't finish the bag due to the hardness of the chips. It seems that the skin has a habit of folding over on itself during processing and the end result is a solid mass that is difficult to bite (similar to what happens with kettle chips).
