About this product
Chicken paw, or chicken feet, is used in many Asian cuisines. Gelatinous from the high amounts of skin and tendon, Chicken paw is best made when braised in a flavorful sauce.
This product comes vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. Vacuum sealed packaging removes most of the oxygen from the bag, which can temporarily turn the meat a dark red color. Not to worry! The meat will return to its original color in 15-20 after it is taken out of the vacuum-sealed bag and exposed again to oxygen.
