About this product
Gai lan, or Chinese broccoli, is a leaf vegetable with flat, glossy green leaves and thick stems, and florets that resemble but are much smaller than broccoli. It is typically eaten stir-fried with garlic or steamed and dipped in oyster sauce. We recommend blanching the gai lan first to soften the stems. This variety is the tip of the gai lan, a more tender part of the gai lan.
