Dried Woodear Mushrooms
Dried Woodear Mushrooms are a kind of jelly fungi native to China, that look like black trumpet mushrooms. They come in shades of dark brown and have a thin, curled texture. To use, soak the dried woodear mushrooms in cold water for 20 minutes to re-hydrate. Afterwards, they can be eaten raw in salads, or cooked in stir-fries, soups, or hot pot.
