House Soon Tofu Extra Soft
Tofu is a protein-rich food made of condensed soy milk that is pressed into solid white blocks in a process quite similar to cheesemaking. Tofu comes in a variety of different textures depending on the coagulant used and the amount that it is pressed.
Extra soft tofu is most commonly found in Korean soondubu. Gently add to soups and stews to keep it from breaking apart.
