Sinbo White Rock Sugar
Rock sugar, also called rock candy or sugar crystal, are lumps of white sugar crystals, crystallized from a solution mix of sugar and water. Rock sugar tastes less sweet than white granulated sugar and thus does not overpower the other flavors of the dish. In Asian cuisine, rock sugar is used as a sweetener for drinks and as a cooking ingredient for both soups and meats. Its neutral taste enhances the natural sweetness of the drink or dessert.
