Sugar Snap Peas (1 lb)

Sugar snap peas are a cross between snow peas and garden peas. Like the snow pea, the whole of sugar snap peas is eaten, although you may choose to remove the tougher strings along the edge. True to its name, these peas are very sweet and crunchy and can be eaten raw or cooked.
