About this product
Katsuobushi, or bonito flakes, are little flakes of dried skipjack tuna used in Japanese cooking most often as a topping to add umami to any dish. Bonito flakes flavor is smoky and fishy, between anchovies and bacon, and taste great over okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancakes), udon, or even roasted vegetables.
