Sashimi Grade Atlantic Salmon (1 lb)

I have been looking for a trustworthy retailer of sashimi grade salmon for a while as the thought of doing it myself at home was daunting. This salmon was perfect! Tasted unbelievably fresh and we made the most delicious poke bowls and sashimi the day we received it. I cannot wait to order again-umami cart you knocked our first order out of the park!!

I don’t live close enough to grocery stores that carry sushi-grade fish - this is great! Packed very well with ice in an ice pack, and it’s enough to last me a couple days (which is the recommended timeframe to eat it all anyway! 😄)

Fresh and yummy! The slices were kinda short but the quality was hella nice! :-P

I get this almost every time I order - it's basically the same as any high end sushi spot in NYC but a fraction of the cost! I might get mercury poisoning cause of how much sashimi I eat now
